Michael F. Reed, President of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. and Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood Group are pleased to announce the sale of 5 Lehoux Drive in Hooksett, NH from Mary Huot of Hooksett, NH to Macy Industries, Inc. of Hooksett, NH.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $985,000. Macy Industries hired NAI Norwood Group in the expansion from their current location within the same industrial park. This new building will triple the size of their space and allow the firm to continue to grow, while still staying local for their customers.
