Caron Leases 100 William Loeb Drive, Manchester NH

Deanna Caron, Associate Broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has leased a portion of the Union Leader building located at 100 William Loeb Drive in Manchester. The Mills Falls Charter School will be taking 3,500 square feet for one year, and then expanding into an additional 6,500 square feet over the next four years. Caron represented the Landlord, The Union Leader Corporation, LLC and Will Kanteres represented the tenant.

The Mills Falls Charter School is New Hampshire's first Public Montessori School. Launching in Fall 2012, the school is open – tuition free – to New Hampshire students in grades K-3 in year one, expanding annually to a full K-6 elementary program. Located in Manchester, Mills Falls brings together children of all backgrounds and learning styles in mixed-age classrooms that merge the Common Core Curriculum with the individualized and academically integrated Montessori approach.
