Stebbins Sells 23 Amherst Street Building in Manchester, NH

Deanna Caron, Associate Broker, Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce she has sold 23 Amherst St in Manchester. One of the last free standing buildings in the heart of downtown, this 4,876 square foot building sold for $412,500.00 to The Manchester Development Corporation (MDC).

Joseph Wichert, Chairman of the MDC has announced plans to solicit proposals from prospective tenants and partners. On February 15th, 2016 the MDC will release a "Request for Partnership" in order to initiate the redevelopment of the building. At that time they will seek proposals from the public to "renovate and operate the building as a venue for live music, theatre, movies, community and private events or any other use that would improve the area."

Ms. Caron represented the owners, Pauline and Tim Gage and assisted the buyer in this transaction.
