According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $215,000.00.  The building was damaged in a fire, so the sale price supplemented the insurance proceeds.  The building will be rehabilitated for general office use.  Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the Seller 102 Bay Street LLC and assisted the Buyer in the transaction.
